For a Safe, Friendly Club
MVCC Regulations
Welcome to the new season at Mountain View Country Club. To our new Members, we extend a warm welcome to our community; to our returning Members, we are glad to have you back.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone and to maintain the excellent condition of our facilities, please observe the following regulations.
Pro Shop Sign-In
Registration is required for all players. Everyone must sign in at the Pro Shop before playing golf, tennis or pickleball, or receiving any lessons.
Guests and Visitors
Guests and visitors are welcome at MVCC, provided their visits stay balanced with Member access.
- Golf & Tennis: Non-members may register as a Guest if accompanied by a Member. If unaccompanied, they must register as a Visitor.
- Pickleball: Play is limited to Members and their accompanied guests unless otherwise announced for group or open play.
- Seasonal Limits: A non-member may play a combined total of four times per season across all sports (golf, tennis and pickleball), unless additional play is approved by the President or the Board.
Tennis and Pickleball
Maintaining court quality and decorum is a shared responsibility.
- Attire: Shirts must be worn at all times.
- Footwear: Players must wear smooth, proper rubber-soled tennis or pickleball shoes without heels. Cross-trainers, running shoes and lifestyle sneakers are not acceptable.
- Court Care: When play is completed, tennis players must sweep the courts and lines for the next group.
- Inclement Weather: To prevent damage following a rain storm, no play may begin until permission is granted by the Pro Shop staff or our Superintendent.
Golf
Please help us preserve the condition of the course and keep play moving.
- Footwear & Attire: Shirts must be worn. Metal spikes and Black Widow plastic spikes are prohibited. Any sneakers are fine, but not hiking or work boots.
- Pace of Play: Please play ready golf to keep the pace moving. If players behind you wait on most shots, please wave them through.
- Turf Repair: Replace divots in the fairway and repair ball marks on the greens.
Carts
- Tees & Greens: Keep all carts off the greens and tees, even pull carts.
- Motorized Carts: Keep motorized carts at least 30 feet from the greens and away from wet or muddy areas.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our facilities in excellent condition. Have a wonderful season.
