Call to Annual Meeting

Save the Date! Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 12 at 10:30 a.m.

Please plan on attending our annual meeting of stockholders on Saturday, August 12, at 10:30 a.m. at the Clubhouse. The agenda will be as specified in our Bylaws, including reports of officers and committees, as well as the election of four new directors to serve a three-year term until the Annual Meeting in 2026.
Your Nominating Committee has proposed the following slate of candidates, each of whom has agreed to serve if elected: Jeff Bennett, Cathy Donnelly, Karen Gowen and John C. Stone III. In addition, any stockholder of the Club may nominate additional candidates for the Board by delivering to the Club Secretary, Cathy Donnelly, a written nomination signed by at least 10 MVCC stockholders, no later than 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 6.
