A few helpful reminders about the ClubExpress Members-Only Website
Website Address: The address of the member-only website is mvcc.clubexpress.com . There is a link to the member-only website in the upper right corner of www.mvccvt.com . For easy access, you may wish to add the website to your Favorites.
All adult members have logins: Over the winter, only members for whom we have email addresses were notified of their logins. However, logins were created for all adult members. If you or your spouse haven’t provided MVCC an email address, the pro-shop has a list of the logins and temporary passwords for adult members without email addresses. If you have forgotten your username/password, click on the link on the Login screen and the information will be emailed to you.
Check the “Remember Me” box on the login screen so you don’t have to login each time. The more features we roll out, the more you will appreciate not having to login each time! On a desktop/laptop, if you see your name in the upper right corner you know you are logged in (even if the login screen is visible), just proceed with what you want to do. On a mobile device, you will go directly to the home page.
Desktop or Mobile Device: The website dynamically adjusts for use on a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. Once you login on a mobile device, there are navigation icons at the bottom of the page. The “Desktop” icon allows you to switch to “Desktop View” which may be easier on a tablet. Try out your different devices and see which works best for you.
- Menu: On a desktop or laptop, the menu runs across the top of the screen. On a mobile device, click the “Menu” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- To view your Profile information: On a laptop or desktop, hover over your name in the upper right hand corner of the page and select “Profile” from the menu that appears. On a mobile device, click the “Your Info” icon at the bottom of the screen. Help us keep our records up to date by reviewing your profile information and updating as necessary.
If you wish to change the designation of which adult is the Primary member on your account, please contact me at [email protected]. For memberships with more than one individual, one adult has has been designated as the primary member. Only the primary member’s login is used for generating your dues renewal invoice and managing your membership. The spouse/partner is designated a secondary member (linked to the primary member) and has her/his own login identity, can sign up for events, can edit his/her profile. Children are designated as tertiary members linked to the primary member and do not have their own logins; their profiles are accessed thru the primary’s profile (“Additional Members on your Account”).
